1. How to Enter
No Purchase Necessary. Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on Wednesday, July 01, 2009, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, July 07, 2009. To enter the sweepstakes online, visit the WVXU website at http://www.wvxu.org. You will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes when you provide your name, address and email address on the submission form provided at http://www.wvxu.org. You must provide your full name, address and email address on the online order form. To enter by mail, hand print your name, address, telephone number, and concert date of your choice on a 3" x 5" card or plain piece of paper and mail to WVXU, Online Giveaway, 1223 Central Parkway, Cincinnati OH, 45214.

Limit one entry per person, address, e-mail address or household, regardless of method of entry. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, stolen, postage due, illegible, or misdirected mail, or for human error or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. 2. Winner Selection/Deadline Dates
Winners will be selected in a random drawing between Wednesday, July 01, 2009 and Tuesday, July 07, 2009, from among all eligible online and mail-in entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prize packages available.

3. Prize
Each winner receives two general admission tickets to the Justin Moore / Whitney Duncan concert on Saturday, July 11, 4:15 pm, at Elk Creek Vineyards. Number of winners varies according to the prize packages available. The prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted by contestants, except that the Cincinnati Public Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Only one prize per household.

4. Eligibility
Employees of Cincinnati Public Radio and their immediate family members are not eligible. A person may win only one Cincinnati Public Radio online giveaway prize per quarter.

5. General Conditions
Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal and state taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The prizes will be awarded and the first winner will be notified via email or mail starting Wednesday, July 08, 2009.

6. Notification
Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event that the winner declines the prize, it is at Cincinnati Public Radio's discretion to choose an alternate winner or retain the prize for another drawing or purpose. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Cincinnati Public Radio to use winner's name and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cincinnati Public Radio from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

U.S. Shed 467,000 Jobs In June

The Labor Department reported Thursday that U.S. businesses shed a bigger-than-expected 467,000 jobs in June. The unemployment rate rose slightly to 9.5 percent, the highest in nearly 26 years. The Dow Jones industrial average fell more than 200 points on the news.

Obama Disappointed By Jobs Numbers

President Obama said Thursday he is "deeply concerned" about unemployment. The remarks to The Associated Press came after the Labor Department said U.S. businesses shed 467,000 jobs in June and that the unemployment rate increased to 9.5 percent.

Thousands of Marines have descended upon the Helmand River valley in Afghanistan, a Taliban stronghold that is known for poppy growing. The Marines plan to stay, one of the first concrete examples of the Obama administration's new strategy for Afghanistan.
