TOUR ORGANIZER: This tour is organized and is an exclusive presentation of WGUC 90.9 FM and WVXU 91.7 FM, 1223 Central Parkway Cincinnati, OH 45214

COST: Total tour cost including air, land and station donation is $6,645. There is also an additional charge of approximately $225 to cover airline taxes, fuel surcharges and security fees that will be finalized two months prior to departure. An additional cost of $109 will cover visa expenses. A deposit of $750 is required with your application. Final payment is due June 15, 2006. A single supplement is $2,195 per person. Tour cost is based upon current exchange rate and subject to change due to foreign currency fluctuation. Based upon a minimum of 15 participants.

DOCUMENTS: A valid passport and VISA are required.

COST OF TOUR INCLUDES: Round trip air transportation on American Airlines from Cincinnati to New Delhi and back to Cincinnati. All land arrangements including all meals, a concert, yoga classes and admission fees as per the itinerary. Also included are all tips and gratuities.

COST OF TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: Passports and visa, all items of a personal nature, independent sightseeing, insurance, meals other than specified, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages with dinner or at any other time not mentioned as included.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Provided in 4 and 5 star hotels on the basis of two persons sharing a two-bedded room with private bath.

PORTERAGE: Porterage of one suitcase per person is provided.

CANCELLATION: 71 days or more - $200 (non-refundable administrative fee), 70-61 days - 50% of price, 60-46 days - 75% of price, 45 days or fewer - 100% of price/no refund. Any changes to reservations - $150 per person.

INSURANCE: Travel, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is available from independent insurers and is highly recommended. Pre-existing medical conditions are waived if the participant purchases trip cancellation insurance within seven days after the initial deposit (sent with the reservation form) is submitted. If you anticipate joining this tour and want this insurance, call Len Sternberg before you submit your reservation form and request that an insurance application is sent to you.

MEDICAL CONDITIIONS: If you, or a member of your party, suffer from any physical challenge or medical condition, you must check with your doctor about the advisability of traveling abroad and make this known to WGUC or WVXU before you book. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants, but are not responsible for denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed on motor coaches or vans used by the group.

RESPONSIBILITY -TOUR PARTICIPANT CONTRACT-IMPORTANT: WGUC & WVXU act only as an agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, food and other goods and services provided to the tour participant. All arrangements for transport, accommodations and services are made upon the express condition that WGUC & WVXU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of airline, cruise line, train, hotel, restaurant, ground handler, etc. who supplies any goods or services for the tour. Without limiting the foregoing, WGUC & WVXU are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control. WGUC & WVXU reserve the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. WGUC & WVXU reserve the right to update the itinerary as required by unforeseen circumstances. If the tour is cancelled by WGUC & WVXU for any reason, WGUC & WVXU shall have no liability beyond the refund of all tour participants' deposits received by it. WGUC & WVXU may increase the tour price in the event of cost increases. WGUC & WVXU may decline to accept or retain any tour participant as a participant on the tour at any time. Airline tickets may be sold in conjunction with the services of any airline. The passenger tickets in use by the carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger; the carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not aboard their conveyances. Any litigation concerning this tour must be brought in the State of Ohio. Deposits paid by tour participants indicate acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
