Topic: The Governor's proposals and what they could mean for our schools

In his recent state of the state address and two-year budget plan, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland announced proposals for changing Ohio's education system, and increasing state funding for primary and secondary education by almost a billion dollars by 20''.
