Playhouse considering location change
By Maryanne Zeleznik
10/6/2008 4:22:34 AM

The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park wants to know what you think about it moving its location downtown. The Playhouse is holding the second of two town meetings on the subject tonight. Board President Jack Rouse and Producing Artistic Director Ed Stern will talk about the pluses and minuses of staying in Mount Adams or moving downtown. Following the presentation, you’ll have a chance to add your thoughts. It’s been reported the Playhouse is considering two downtown locations, an empty plot at Fifth and Race and the air space above Macy’s overlooking Fountain Square. The meeting begins tonight at 7:00 in the Marx Theatre.
