Ohio House and Senate OK compromise on high-tech jobs plan

It's now official --- Ohio voters will indeed decide the fate of a plan for the state to once again borrow hundreds of millions of dollars...and funnel it to high-tech companies and university researchers, in hopes they'll create jobs. Legislators gave final approval to a compromise version of the plan this afternoon. Details now from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen.
