ChoreMonster: Making Kids' Chores Fun

As a parent, I know that there are few tasks more frustrating than getting your kids to do their chores. However, with the development of this new app, mundane activities such as washing the dishes, taking out the trash or walking the dog can now become more like games.

ChoreMonster, is an online system that allows kids to acquire ‘points’ every time they do a task.  Those points can then be redeemed for various goodies.  It is a basic and simple reward system that just plain seems to work.

"We wanted to give parents a tool that lets parents parent how they parent."

I got to speak with Chris Bergman, founder of ChoreMonster about the program.
