Background: A Westwood resident, Frondorf has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo. He manages the preconstruction department at Lithko Restoration Technologies, where he specializes in estimating the cost of preserving historic structures. He has been endorsed by the Charter Committee.
On the issues: Frondorf, a vice president of the Westwood Civic Association, is the founder and director of the Cincinnati Neighborhood Games, which brought the city's neighborhoods together in a family-friendly Olympic-style event. "It was a way to get people from every corner of the city together to have fun and get to know each other," Frondorf said. He is an advocate of the city and county, along with state and federal authorities, getting together on immediate funding of the Western Hills Viaduct. "That should be the number one infrastructure priority," he said. "Putting caps over Ft. Washington Way is all well and good, but that can wait. This can't."
