How To Keep Your Children Safe When They Are Online

parenting-blog.net

With the internet, smart devices and social media, kids today have access to more information and opportunities to interact with more people than ever before. And that makes them more vulnerable than ever before to online predators, cyberbullying and  exposure to inappropriate material.

Joining us to discuss how to keep kids safe while they are online are Tim Rettig, president and CEO of IntrustIT, a provider of technology and cloud computing solutions; his daughter, Lauren; and Cincinnati Better Business Bureau Community Outreach Specialist Sandra Guile.

The Cincinnati BBB will present Monitoring and Controlling Kids on the Internet on Tuesday, June 21, at Interact for Health, 3805 Edwards Rd., Cincinnati. Breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m. followed by an informative presentation by Tim Rettig, president and CEO of Intrust IT at 8 a.m. The workshop is free. For registration, click here, call 513-639-2313 or email eelmer@cincinnati.bbb.org.
