Italian restaurant coming to the Banks

provided

The owners of one of the first tenant restaurants at The Banks will be opening the newest eateries there.  The owners of the Holy Grail will open Santo Graal in March.

According to a press release from the Banks, Santo Graal is Italian for “Holy Grail”, and will offer classic Italian pasta, calzones, salads, desserts, and pizza.  It will be open for lunch and for dinner.

Tom Heitker, one of Santo Graal’s owners says “we know that an Italian concept will do exceptionally well at The Banks.  It will be a place where you can relax with friends and experience freshly made, traditional Italian fare that you might find in Nonna’s home.”

The new restaurant will occupy the 3,250 square foot space that held Mahogany’s, which closed last fall.  It is next door to the Holy Grail.

“We are excited to welcome Santo Graal to The Banks,” says Karsten Briggs of Nicol Investment Company.  “Our goal is to continue to make The Banks a great place in which to live, work and play and Santo Graal will help to make The Banks a destination where there’s something for everyone.”

Nicol Investment Company is owner of NIC Riverbanks Retail One, which is the owner of phase one of the Banks.
