Tricia Macke, Jim Scott, Reds GM Dick Williams In FSO's Opening Day Lineup

WXIX-TV

Fox 19's Tricia Macke, retired radio personality Jim Scott, and new Reds  General Manager Dick Williams will be part of Fox Sports Ohio's Opening Day telecast Monday.

For the first time, FSO will simulcast the parade on a local over-the-air TV station (WXIX-TV), in addition to sharing the game with a local TV broadcaster.

The Reds-Phillies game again will air at 4 p.m. on WKRC-TV (Channel 12), plus sister Sinclair station WRGT-TV (Channel 45) in Dayton.

The parade simulcast on Channel 19 begins at noon, with Macke and FSO's Jim Day anchoring from the Elm Street side of Washington Park.  Fox 19 sports director Joe Danneman also will participate, and Scott will be on the set for the first half hour until he hops on the Findlay Market parade float as an honorary grand marshal again, as he was last year.

Jim Scott was honorary grand marshal in 2015 days after he retired from WLW-AM.

Lou Piniella, manager of the 1990 World Champion Reds, will be the parade's grand marshal. Hear Piniella talking about Opening Day on WVXU-FM's "Cincinnati Edition" earlier this week with Howard Wilkinson and baseball writer John Erardi.

GM Dick Williams will provide live updates from the Reds Community Fund Charity Block Party at the Banks, and WDJO-AM (1480) oldies DJ Pat Barry will report from the parade start at Findlay Market.
