An update on the state of HIV/AIDS - treatments, diagnosis, and local services

More than 1.1 million people in the U.S. are living with HIV, the virus that can lead to AIDS. 1 in 6 people don't even know of their infection. Still, experts say that thanks to better treatment, people with HIV are now living longer and with a better quality of life.  We'll talk about HIV/AIDS, the latest treatments, and we'll look at  local efforts to help those who have it.  Joining us are Dr. Carl Fichtenbaum, professor of clinical medicine from the University of Cincinnati Infectious Disease Center; and from Caracole Inc., Linda Seiter, executive director, and Midge Hines, case director.
