  • We will send a catalog detailing the complete list of participating restaurants, etc.

  • There are lots of offers in cities all over the U.S. When you travel, simply call 1-800-423-7645 and a current complete list can be mailed to you for a small fee, or visit membercard.com.
  • The card is not valid on major holidays.
