Free Meditation Series at Cincinnati Sports Club

Meditation Series: Meditation and the Brain September 20th from 6pm-7pm. The Meditation 2.0 series will highlight scientific research that supports the benefits of various meditation practices. Each session will include a simple challenge with guided meditation to help participants overcome common barriers to mindfulness. In Meditation and the Brain, you’ll learn how meditation works and how a consistent practice can change your brain for the better. Led by TriHealth professionals.
