The 70th Anniversary Of The Historic Village Of Lincoln Heights
The Village of Lincoln Heights, a suburb of Cincinnati with more than 3,286 residents, is celebrating the 70th anniversary of its incorporation this year. The community has a rich history and population makeup. It was the first African American self-governing community above the Mason-Dixon Line.
