More than one third of American workers experience chronic work stress, according to a survey from the American Psychological Association; this costs American businesses billions each year in medical expenses and missed work hours. There are ways companies can help individuals manage self-care in the office and tactics employees can use on their own, such as creating a healthy workspace.
