President Donald Trump is one of Twitter's most prolific users, but this week he turned his ire toward the social media platform, claiming that it censors conservative viewpoints.
Trump's message, notably delivered via Twitter, followed the social media platform's flagging of tweets the president made about mail-in ballots that Twitter found objectionable and untruthful.
Meanwhile, another series of Trump's tweets led the widower of a Florida woman to ask Twitter to delete the messages in which the president accused TV host Joe Scarborough of being involved in the murder of a former staffer, a debunked conspiracy theory now reaching new heights thanks to the commander in chief. The woman died from a previously undiagnosed heart condition and a head injury, according to reports.
And the president also made a public appearance in Michigan without wearing a mask, despite rules inside the company he visited suggesting that all people should don them. Instead, Trump joined in the mocking of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, who was seen wearing a mask during a Memorial Day ceremony in his native Delaware.
