Indiana State Police are investigating a Wednesday morning accident near Aurora involving a school bus and a Rumpke truck. A spokeswoman at Highpoint Health says 22 people were injured. Twenty are kids. Two are adults. All have non-life threatening injuries. Two were taken to other hospitals.

Late Wednesday afternoon Highpoint Health said the twenty patients they had were all treated and released. One student, 13-year-old Jordan Cole, was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He was in fair condition.

The South Dearborn Community Schools bus was carrying students to the middle and high schools. The district's superintendent is meeting with students and families.

Rumpke's safety team is investigating. According to spokeswoman Molly Yeager, the school bus hit the truck. "Our driver was out of the truck at the time of the incident servicing customers; however sustained injuries from debris ... Our thoughts are with all those individuals involved."

Yeager says the Rumpke driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
