County has 25K+ Housing Unit Oversupply

Over the last decade the population of Hamilton County has declined, while building construction has increased, leaving the count with an oversupply of more than 25,000 housing units. We look at the problem, and how local agencies plan to address it, with Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority General Counsel and Vice President, Community Revitalization Paula Boggs Muething, Director of the Hamilton County Regional Planning CommissionTodd Kinskey, and Kathy Schwab, executive director of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
