Former NFL'er Ben Utecht is spreading the word about the importance of brain health

Ben Utecht

Ben Utecht earned a Super Bowl ring with the Indianapolis Colts in 2006; later he signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and received a serious concussion during training camp in 2009. It took eight months to recover and he began having serious memory problems and behavioral problems. He walked away from the game, making music his full-time job. Today he is a musician, actor, author, public speaker, and an advocate for brain health. Last week he talked with Mark Heyne about his life, his many careers and the injury that changed his direction. To catch a video of the song Ben wrote for his wife and daughters, click here.
