"Captain America" star Frank Grillo returns to Cincinnati next week for his second feature film here in three months.

Grillo, who starred with Bruce Willis and Olivio Culpo in "Reprisal" in August, has the lead in "Donnybrook," which begins shooting here Oct. 23, Film Cincinnati announced Thursday.

Grillo, who also appeared in the "Kingdom" TV series, will be joined by Margaret Qualley ("The Nice Guys," "The Leftovers"), James Badge Dale ("Iron Man 3," "Only The Brave," "24," "The Black Donnellys") and Jamie Bell ("The Adventures of Tintin," "Fantastic Four").

The Film Cincinnati announcement came a week after D. Lynn Meyers Casting posted a casting call on Facebook for "Donnybrook" filming in October and November "in and around Cincinnati."

Producers wanted "rough types: beards, wrinkles, fighters, tattoos, etc. Backwater types!"

My Oct. 19 story said Tim Sutton ("Dark Night," "Memphis," "Pavilion") will direct the movie based on Frank Bill's "Donnybrook" novel set in southern Indiana about two men going to "a legendary backwoods bare knuckle brawl where the winner gets $100,000," Variety first reported a year ago. Producers told Variety that "the film as a mix of 'No Country for Old Men' and 'Fight Club.'"
