If you don’t have tickets to see “Lumenocity” in person, here’s how you can watch or hear the Washington Park concert.

And you definitely should watch.

The animation is even more spectacular this year, especially the finale, a salute to Cincinnati and our landmarks: Union Terminal, Fountain Square, Coney Island, Cincinnati Zoo, Reds, Bengals, Oscar Robertson, Delta Queen, Ault Park and the Roebling Suspension Bridge (at night!). Everyone will be talking about it. “Lumenocity” is Must See TV.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 7

8:30 P.M.: The concert will stream live at CETconnect.org/lumenocity and on lumenocity2015.com , and be broadcast on classical WGUC-FM (90.9). NOTE: The 3-D image projection mapping onto Music Hall will not be part of this live stream.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 8

9 P.M.: Separate half-hour pre-concert specials air on WCPO-TV (Channel 9) and WCET-TV (Channel 48), before the live telecast of “CSO presents Lumenocity Masters and Dreamers.”

CHANNEL 48: “Sunday Baroque” host Suzanne Bona and Cincinnati Opera artistic director Evans Mirageas will co-host CET’s first-ever Lumenocity pre-show. The half-hour special will include some Cincinnati Pops performances conducted by John Morris Russell from Washington Park, “along with a glimpse at how the multi-media experience of Lumenocity is created,” says Sue Brinson, WCET-TV communications manager. Channel 48 will “cut away to Washington Park as crowds build and the Cincinnati Pops performs,” she says.

Bona hosts “Sunday Baroque” on WGUC-FM 8 a.m. to noon Sundays, and on more than 100 radio stations nationwide. Mirageas hosts CET Arts (Channel 48.3) “arts Bridge” magazine show.

CHANNEL 9: Again this year “Good Morning Tri-State” anchors Kathrine Nero and Chris Riva host live coverage from Washington Park, starting with “Lumenocity: Lighting Up a City Inspired.” The 30-minute special looks at the planning, staging and preparation for the show.

9:30 P.M.: Live commercial-free broadcast of “Lumenocity” on Channels 9 and 48.

10:30 P.M.: Channel 9 stays on the air with Nero and Riva hosting ”Lumenocity: The AfterGlow,” a half-hour special with animation highlights and reaction from performers and audience members.
