Impact Cincinnati: Cycling in Greater Cincinnati

Many people ride bicycles for fun and exercise, but a growing number of Greater Cincinnatians are also choosing cycling as their main mode of transportation. One survey found commuting by bike has increased two-hundred percent here in the last decade.

Our guests on Impact Cincinnati this week are Senior City Planner with the Cincinnati Department of Transportation & Engineering, Melissa McVay. Melissa works on all of the city’s bicycle infrastructure projects, Park + Vine Owner and bike advocate Dan Korman, and Owner of Reser Bicycles, Jason Reser.

Join us Thursday morning May 16 at 9:20, as we discuss the ins and outs of cycling in Greater Cincinnati. Impact Cincinnati, on 91.7, WVXU. If you have questions for our panel, you can email them to impact@wvxu.org. We’re also on Facebook and Twitter.

Maryanne Zeleznik is responsible for all news and public affairs programming at WVXU. She also hosts Morning Edition Monday through Friday.
