More details about Cincinnati's open data policy

 

 Last month, Cincinnati leaders announced plans to roll out an open data policy that would provide a single website where city information and databases are readily available to the public. Cincinnati Council Member P.G. Sittenfeld and John David Back, lead developer at BlackbookHR who is volunteering with the Open Data Cincinnati, join us to explain the project, what type of information will be available, and the benefits it will provide to city departments and the public.

Jay Hanselman brings more than 10 years experience as a news anchor and reporter to 91.7 WVXU. He came to WVXU from WNKU, where he hosted the local broadcast of All Things Considered.
