Northern Kentucky University says it will announce its new athletic director during a press conference Wednesday afternoon.
There are three finalists:
- Jean Berger, senior associate athletic director at the University of Northern Iowa.
- Ken Bothof, director of athletics at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
- Karlton Creech, senior associate athletic director/chief of staff at the University of North Carolina.
Former NKU athletic director Scott Eaton was fired in March for having inappropriate relationships with four university employees and a student. The university also says he admitted to diverting university funds for personal reasons.
