Ohio Voter Bill of Rights Needed?

Abill now before the Ohio legislature would reduce the early voting period in the state from 35 to 29 days. In response to that bill, activists are campaigning to  put a “Voter Bill of Rights” on the state ballot this November, which calls for preserving the original early voting period, along with expanding early voting hours. State Senator Bill Seitz and Cincinnati Attorney Paul De Marco, one of the drafters of the Voter Bill of Rights, discuss voting in Ohio.
