Politics Chat: How Democrats Can Win Back Ohio From Trump In 2020

Earlier this week, Ohio Democratic Party chairman David Pepper and some Democratic candidates for Congress and the state legislature traveled to the sometimes forgotten southern Ohio small cities of Chillicothe, Ironton and Marietta. They were there because in 2016, Hillary Clinton was not. 

They were laying the groundwork for whoever the Democratic presidential candidate turns out to be to mount a campaign in southeast and eastern Ohio.

WVXU Senior Political Analyst Howard Wilkinson talked with News Director Maryanne Zeleznik about the tour and its implications for the 2020 presidential campaign in Ohio.
