In a press conference Tuesday morning at his office, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced that he plans to retry Ray Tensing on the charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Sam DuBose. He also said he will ask for a change of venue to another city, where they will have better chance of seating a jury that can deal with the public outrage and publicity surrounding the case.
