Cincinnati is once again on center stage, as our city hosts the 2015 Major League Baseball All-Star Game.
But while the game at Great American Ballpark on July 14 is a very big deal indeed, MLB and city leaders and volunteers have put together programs and events, from FanFest to street performers, to make All-Star Week a blow-out celebration for both locals and the anticipated 200,000 visitors coming to town.
Here to give us a preview of All-Star Week are Jackie Secaira-Cotto, Major League Baseball director of special events; Melanie Chavez, owner of Chavez Properties and All-Star Community Organizing Committee co-chair; and, Tricia Suit, director of marketing for Downtown Cincinnati Inc.
