The Veterans Administration is under fire over allegations that administrators in many hospitals across the country falsified records to hide extended wait times for patients to receive treatment. Last week, The Cincinnati Enquirerpublished a story on the VA’s settlement of more than 1,000 wrongful death claims since 2001. Included in that number were ten cases settled by the VA Medical Center of Cincinnati. Cincinnati Enquirer investigative reporter James Pilcher joins us to talk about what he found while researching and writing the story.
