Zotefoams Inc. is expanding its operations in Walton, KY.

The cross-linked block foams manufacturer plans to invest nearly $22 million to expand its North American headquarters and create 25 jobs.

In a statement, Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says, “We’re extremely pleased that a company of Zotefoams’ worldwide influence would choose to expand operations in the Commonwealth, which is another testament to Kentucky being the ideal place for companies to do business.”

The company is getting up to $600,000 in tax incentives through the Kentucky Business Investment program. It will also get up to $100,000 through the Kentucky Enterprise Initiative Act.
