WSTR-TV To Air FC Cincinnati Game In Louisville With Sideline Reporter Heather Mitts

WSTR-TV will simulcast ESPN3's "USL Game of the Week" Saturday in Louisville between Cincinnati and Louisville City FC, with Cincinnati native Heather Mitts as a sidelines reporter.

Louisville (9-4-1), first in the Eastern Conference, will host FC Cincinnati (8-2-3) at Louisville Slugger Field at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 64 and ESPN3.

Mitts was a soccer star at St. Ursula Academy and the University of Florida. She is one of four women in U.S. soccer history to win three consecutive Olympic gold medals (2004, 2008 and 2012) She has worked as a reporter, studio analyst or host for ABC, ESPN, Fox Sports or Comcast Sports Net.

Louisville defeated Cincinnati 3-21 at Nippert Stadium on April 16. The third and final game for the River Cities Cup will be July 23 at Nippert Stadium.

ESPN3 is televising 20 regular seasons USL games this year, with the 2016 USL Championship to air on an over-the-air ESPN network, says the FC Cincinnati website

Channel 64 schedulers says "Bob Burgers" moves from 8-9 p.m. Saturday to 2:30-3:30 a.m. Saturday (late Friday).

"Elementary," originally scheduled for 9-10 p.m., will not air this weekend.
