Voters head to the polls Tuesday in an off-year election. In Ohio, local offices and issues dominate the slates. Hamilton County Board of Elections Director Sherry Poland says for the 30% of registered voters expected to cast a ballot, there have been some changes since the last election.

Voters in the Cincinnati Public Schools district have two separate school board races to decide in next Tuesday's election.

One of the most closely watched races in the country is in Kentucky, where Gov. Matt Bevin is running for re-election against Democratic Attorney General Andy Beshear.

On the morning of Saturday, June 22 – exactly 500 days before the 2020 election – the Hamilton County Republican Party hopes to fill the Sharonville Convention Center with the GOP faithful for a gigantic pep rally that will feature Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, President Trump's campaign press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, and a cast of thousands.

Democratic women, mostly. Republican women, not that much.
