Two shows, over 100 local high school students representing 24 different schools, two Northern Kentucky venues – CAST (Commonwealth Artists Student Theatre) is presenting its first two-show season since becoming a standalone non-profit arts organization. 

For the sixth summer, the high school students of CAST (Commonwealth Artists Summer Theatre) will present a challenging musical on stage at Highlands High School – this year, it's Les Miserables

But theater programs designed for children and teens offer them a variety of benefits and skills, including self-confidence, teamwork, creativity and discipline, that will prove useful even for those who don’'t plan a career in theater or movies.
