This beginner poi spinning class is designed for those new to poi or wanting to build a strong foundation in the art. You'll learn basic techniques like planes, timing, and direction control, as well as essential moves like reels, weaves, and butterfly patterns. We'll also focus on proper hand positioning, grip, and body movement to create fluid and dynamic spins. By the end of the session, you'll have a solid understanding of poi fundamentals.
