It's not the first time the New York-based company has had to remove products from the market following infant fatalities.

The vehicles covered in the recall were from model years 2022 to 2025 and include certain Acura Integras, Honda Civics, Honda CR-Vs and Honda HR-Vs.

Stellantis is recalling nearly 1.5 million Ram pickup trucks worldwide to fix a software problem that can disable the electronic stability control system.

The voluntary recall of frozen breaded chicken breast tenders and nuggets comes following multiple consumer complaints about metal wire found inside the products.

Forty-three people have been hospitalized across 13 states, including Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts.

No illnesses have been reported in connection to the alerts.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service made the announcement Friday. There are 34 cases of Listeria from deli meat across 13 states, including two people who died as of Thursday, according to the CDC.

The Food and Drug Administration says more than 60 products made by Totally Cool Inc. of Owings Mills, Md., are part of the recall, including brands such as Hershey's, Friendly's, Chipwich and Jeni's.

As of Tuesday, 162 reported illnesses have been linked to cucumbers distributed across 25 states, including Ohio, and Washington, D.C.

There have been no reports of negative reactions as a result of the recall, the FDA said last week. The products should be thrown away, or returned to either an Aldi or HyVee store for a full refund.
