We'll be tapping our Hopfen Spezial (5.8% ABV | 40 IBU) - a pale, amber lager that's unfiltered and noticeably more hoppy than most of our biers in both flavor and aroma.  Hints of citrus are balanced by a rich, malty backbone.  We enjoy trying new age hops from Germany in this Cold IPA relative.  Ask us what hops we selected for this year's brew!
We're pairing it with one of our favorite monthly specials...our Schnitzel Parmesan!  A breaded pork cutlet fried crisp and golden brown, served with Buttered Spatzle and topped with Haus Marinara Sauce along with Provolone and Parmesan cheeses.
Live music gets that party started at 6:00PM...and the keg tapping parade begins at 7:00PM
