Full Moon Yoga at Long Branch Farm and Trails

Full Moon Yoga at Long Branch Farm and Trails

Intended Audience: This program is designed for adults. Children of any age are more than welcome with the understanding that it is an ADULT yoga class, so children under 13 years of age may not be able to do everything or stay interested in the class. Adults will have to decide how much management of their children they are interested in doing.

Program Description: Experience the magic of the moon with a serene and rejuvenating full moon yoga class. Guided by soft lunar light, participants will flow through moon-inspired yoga poses that connect themselves to the moon’s balancing energy. Mindful movements weave together under the moonlit sky and soothing sounds of the night. All levels are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

About the Program Guides: Diane H. Schmidt uses her years of experience as a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor to guide others through a gentle yoga experience that brings in elements of nature. As the founder of the first Cincinnati yoga studio, Cincinnati Yoga School and Bookstore, Diane has led many yoga classes and developed her style that focuses on gentle stretches and mindful movement to help soothe stress.

Amber Tucker has been volunteering for several years and has used yoga to heal from a medical setback. In 2024, she began her Yoga Teacher Training, inspired to share this path with others. Amber frequently assists Diane with monthly Trail Yoga classes. Nature is her sanctuary, and she looks forward to guiding others in discovering harmony between movement, breath, and the natural world.
