Discover all the thrills of the great outdoors right in your backyard! Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just starting to explore outdoor activities, the Great Parks Outdoor Adventure Expo is for you. From archery, climbing, and disc golf to biking, boating, and fishing, there's something for guests of all ages to enjoy during this wide-open weekend. After attracting 5,500 people last year in just one day for this event, this year Great Parks is expanding the event to two days for the first time.

It’s all about kids on Friday, July 19. Bring your youngest friends and family members for an entire day dedicated to introducing children to the wonders of outdoor exploration and adventure. Children will engage in activities such as fishing, rock wall, golf, biking, paddling and more for free.

On Saturday, July 20, families and adults can explore Great Parks and partners’ outdoor recreation and educational offerings, enjoy discounts on non-motorized boat rentals and take their mark at 8:30 a.m. for the 5k or 10k race.
