This is a great introduction to tai chi. You will get all of the fundamentals with this easy to learn short set of moves appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. The slow gentle movements are ideal for building strength no matter what your previous activity level. The emphasis on breathing, posture, and a relaxed mental focus can be beneficial to practitioners at all abilities. Be assured that most people face a bit of a learning curve when they begin tai chi classes, but this focus on new and unfamiliar movement is also why tai chi has so many benefits for both the mind and the body.

Cincinnati Sports Club Hosts Classes On How To Build Discipline With Martial Arts Enrolling Now For Monthly Tae Kwon Do Sessions CINCINNATI, OH – December 16, 2020 –. Cincinnati Sports Club is now hosting Tae Kwon Do classes designed to designed to help the entire family build physical fitness, inner strength, discipline and confidence. Designed for ages 6 to adult, the “Build Discipline With Martial Arts” classes are open to the entire community. Classes meet twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm on a monthly basis. Cost is $66.00 for members and $84.00 for non-members. The classes will be taught by Brandon Stout, a 3rd degree Black Belt who has trained for 15 years under Grandmaster Hong Kong Kim. According to Stout, who has been teaching Tae Kwon Do since he was 14 years old, “Families have been looking for fun and creative ways to bond together while staying safe and fit during this pandemic, and Tae Kwon Do is the perfect way to do that. Young and old alike can truly benefit from much-needed physical and mental benefits of this very popular sport.
