Throughout July proceeds from our pretzel sales will benefit the Cincinnati Children’s Canine Comfort Facility Dog Program. The Canine Comfort Facility Dog Program is designed to provide emotional and physical support to patients and families. Alongside their handlers, the facility dogs work with patients to meet specific and individualized treatment goals.
Please join us on Thursday, July 17th @ 6:00PM, the Canine Comfort dogs and B105.1 will be in our Biergarten for a special fundraising event...and we can't wait to see you there!

Held along the scenic Ohio River, this high-energy weekend features creative dishes where every bite includes bacon, bourbon, or beer (and sometimes all three!). Festivalgoers can sip on expertly crafted cocktails, sample bourbons, and enjoy local brews while exploring a wide variety of food vendors. The Bacon, Bourbon & Brew Festival returns to the banks of the Ohio River July 18–20, featuring none other than Molly Wellmann, Cincinnati’s award-winning bourbon expert, author, and cocktail historian. for her deep-rooted knowledge of Kentucky’s native spirit and her legendary cocktails, Molly will be presenting exclusive bourbon tastings and crafting custom cocktails all weekend long. Festivalgoers will have the rare chance to learn from and sip alongside one of America’s most celebrated bourbon personalities.
Soak in those summer nights on the deck at Lake Isabella every other Friday! Enjoy live music from local artists, refreshing beverages, burgers and hot dogs grilled onsite. Or add some adventure and sign up for a leisurely paddle down the Little Miami River with Loveland Paddlesports before heading to the deck. Unwind with friends and family around the lake’s peaceful view.

Program Description: Nature comes alive in the nighttime! This beloved summer event features local beer tastings, food bites from area restaurants and caterers, interactive activities, food trucks, live music, and so much more. Highlights of Hoots & Hops will include:
Feast on complimentary food bites that highlight Cincinnati’s vibrant local food scene or purchase a meal from one of two local food trucks. Sip on a selection of unique beers from five different Cincinnati craft breweries. 2025’s featured breweries include: Cartridge Brewing, GlendAlehouse Brewery, MPH Brewing, Saucy Brew Works and Sonder Brewing. Select complimentary beer samples are included in the ticket price. Additional beer, wine and a foraged cocktail will be available for purchase. Live music on the Krippendorf Terrace from Dan Van Vechten from 6:30-9:30pm. Stroll the Nature Center trails and engage in interactive activities that highlight the wild side of nature. Get up close and personal with local birds of prey from our partners at RAPTOR, Inc. as well as several of Cincinnati Nature Center’s own resident wildlife ambassadors. Raptor, Inc. will be located in the Cabin Field from 6:00-9:00pm.Free airbrush tattoos at the Krippendorf Lodge from 6:00-9:00pm.Scroll down for frequently asked questions.What to Expect: Guests will receive 4 beer/wine-tasting tickets and 4 food bite tickets, as well as a 5-oz. commemorative Hoots & Hops mug upon arrival. Cost: Tickets are nonrefundable. Program fees include daily admission. This event is a fundraiser for Cincinnati Nature Center and all revenue earned goes towards our mission of Inspiring Conservation.
Join us at Piazza Discepoli for a fundraising mixer co-hosted by the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers. Profits from ticket sales will go towards funding the conservation of all five species of rhinos: the black rhino, white rhino, greater one-horned rhino, Javan rhino, and Sumatran rhino. The black and white rhinos are found in Africa, while the other three species are native to Asia.
Bring your friends for an evening of fine wine, hors d'oeuvres, raffles, and mingling. You will have the opportunity to speak directly with members of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers about the work they are doing to support the conservation of rhino populations and their habitats.
