Southbound I-75 is now open

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports I-75 has reopened following Monday night's collapse.

The eastbound 74 ramp to southbound 75 is also open.

Crews spent all Tuesday cleaning up after several hundred tons of concrete fell onto the interstate. One construction worker was killed and a truck driver was injured.

Inspectors were to have inspected the southbound lanes to ensure they were still safe for drivers.
