Police estimate nearly 100 people attended a joint meeting of the Whitewater and Miami Township boards of trustees Tuesday night.

"These cars were waiting at the side yard before they could move on down the track," Hamilton County Emergency Management Agency Director Nick Crossley said. “This is a common practice."

Officials say there are no initial air or water quality issues from the chemical leak in Cleves.
