Your Internal Clock

Once again, it’s time to reset our clocks…we fall back one hour Saturday night/Sunday morning. These changes in clocks and the sudden changes in daylight patterns can really throw off our internal clocks. Dr. Michael Terman is one of the authors of the new book Chronotherapy: Resetting Your Inner Clock to Boost Mood, Alertness, and Quality Sleep and he joins Mark Perzel to discuss the program he has designed to help individuals recalibrate their internal clock for better sleep and overall health.

The latest updates in the field of quality sleep and internal clocks can be found at http://www.chronotherapy.us/

The Center for Environmental Therapeutics has a wealth of information about sleep and mood disorders, including a self-assessment questionnaire, an Ask the Doctor forum, and more. Their website is http://www.cet.org/
