Chris Gorman Homes proudly presents The Falcon, its custom show home for HOMEARAMA 2025. This unique residence blends futuristic living with a nostalgic nod to Cincinnati's Star Wars toy legacy, designed for dreamers inspired by sci-fi worlds. The Falcon boasts sleek architecture, integrated smart home systems, and cutting-edge design, paying homage to Kenner Toys, which brought Star Wars action figures to life.
Founder Chris Gorman states the home embodies both Cincinnati's past and the future of residential design. Visitors will experience galactic-inspired aesthetics, next-gen smart home technology (including Josh AI), and observatory nooks perfect for stargazing. The Falcon also prioritizes sustainability, featuring eco-conscious materials, high-performance equipment, and LEED Gold Certification. This high-tech and innovative home invites a new generation to live among the stars.

This fall, Norwood will come alive with the debut of House of Cards Carnivale at Factory 52, running October 1-5. The five-day festival will transform the Eastern Parking Lot of Factory 52 into a vibrant, vintage-inspired carnival atmosphere, complete with rides, games, food, and live entertainment.

The Carnivale pays homage to Factory 52's history as the former U.S. Playing Card Company, blending boardwalk-style fun with a nod to the site's heritage. Guests can look forward to dazzling lights, thrilling rides, classic carnival games, and a curated lineup of live performances that will keep the excitement going each day and night. Food and beverage offerings will range from nostalgic fair favorites to modern local eats, giving visitors plenty of options to enjoy while soaking in the festive atmosphere.

The event is designed for all ages, making it the perfect destination for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking to celebrate the season in a unique way. Whether it's testing your luck at a game booth, indulging in something sweet, or gathering by the stage for live music, House of Cards Carnivale promises something for everyone.

Admission to the festival is free, with ride tickets and game credits available for purchase. Parking will remain available on campus, though visitors are encouraged to arrive early to ensure convenient access.
