What the Event Is: This will be a night of fun, craziness, and romance as 16 people take the stage to pitch their single friend to an audience of 150+ (mostly) single people. We’ll also have a DJ, games, and prizes for audience members! Open to all genders, and orientations, and typical ages will be 21-40 years old.
How We Found Our Pitches: We asked our audience to tell us about their single friend, with the opportunity to pitch their single friend LIVE in front of you.

What to Expect: 16 people will share a 4 minute Powerpoint to a live audience. After the presentations, the entire crowd will mix and mingle over food, drinks, and games.
How The Audience Will Be Involved: If you see a single who is pitched on stage that you want to date (or if you think you have the perfect friend for them) you can virtually raise your hand and submit yourself (or your friend) to go on a date with them.
You can do this with as many of the singles you like. Their friend that pitched them, will review all of the submissions and find the best date for their friend.
More details on how to 'virtually raise your hand' will be revealed at the event.
Race and Racism in Cincinnati, a 3-part docuseries, is the telling of Cincinnati’s history from the racial margins, a history that is not often told in school curriculums or in mainstream (white) culture.
This video series shares a people’s history that places storytelling authority in the hands of common people, rather than political leaders or other figures of power who have crafted narratives to benefit their agendas.
This series features three separate hour-long videos that each tackle a different time span, starting from Cincinnati’s birth and bringing us to the present day. Each viewing will be followed by a facilitated discussion session.
An educational program for voters who may have questions about the Cincinnati Public Schools' renewal levy on the November ballot: What does the levy pay for and what will happen if it fails? How does Ohio fund public schools and why are local property taxes or levies necessary? What has Preschool Promise accomplished?
A panel will address these and other topics: Shauna Murphy, CPS Superintendent; Chara Jackson, CEO, Preschool Promise; Senator Louis Blessing; and Emily Chesnut, Honesty for Public Education and Milford school board member.

Commonwealth Comedy Club (formerly Commonwealth Sanctuary) is Cincinnati’s home for exquisitely curated live entertainment. Each week we bring you hilarious stand-up comedians, intimate concerts, unique theater productions, live podcast recordings, and so much more.
Commonwealth Comedy Club is housed in the recently renovated, historic former Tower Methodist Church, originally built in 1914. It is no longer a church! Rather, we have converted the purpose of this beautiful old building to bringing you exquisitely curated live entertainment. We have, however, gone to great lengths to preserve the original character of the building while updating for it’s new purpose. We retained all the original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews.
We have added a full concession stand with draft beer and wine, as well as many canned drinks, including cocktails. We partner with local Dayton, KY business Kate’s Catering for our prepared food options. We have added full lighting and sound systems, as well as a complete broadcast-quality video system for recording events and live podcasts. We are exclusively partnered with Third Rule Media to produce our recorded content.
