Bush to Survey Florida Storm Damage

President Bush will visit Punta Gorda, Fla., Sunday to inspect the damage inflicted there by Hurricane Charley. The fast-moving storm left thousands in Florida homeless, and many more without power or water. Emergency officials expect the death toll to rise as cleanup efforts continue. NPR's Phillip Davis reports.
