Like the primary, the 2020 general election will be unique for voters due to the pandemic. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has met opposition from his own Republican colleagues at the statehouse for his support of some measures to extend access to voters. And now he's upset Democrats for resisting the expansion of county-level ballot drop boxes.
Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss mail-in and in-person voting is Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose; League of Women Voters of Ohio Executive Director Jen Miller; and Hamilton County Board of Elections Director of Elections Sherry Poland.
Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
