Best Overall Broadcast Reporter: Tana Weingartner

Tana Weingartner does a little bit of everything as a general assignment reporter, covering human interest stories and breaking news and politics.

Our reporters have been working from home for most of the pandemic, with limited permission to go into the field. However, she managed to produce a wide range of interesting stories – some hard news, some soft – but all interesting and valuable to our community. She also seeks to hear from those whose voices aren't often amplified, such as people living with developmental disabilities, and she was one of the first reporters in the nation to address concerns of African Americans, especially Black men, about wearing face coverings at the start of the pandemic.
