The Queen Bee Half Marathon takes place Saturday, October 13, and will require some roads downtown and outside the city to close temporarily. 

Motorists should look out for new traffic patterns as the I-76 Main Broadway Project continues in Akron.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is currently about halfway through the $84 million project. By the July of 2020 completion date, motorists should expect the permanent closure of the Grant Street and Wolf Ledges entrance and exit ramps to the highway.

Some Downtown streets will be closed all weekend thanks to Oktboerfest Zinzinnati, but even more close Saturday due to The Hudepohl 14K/7K Brewery Run, which helps kick off the Zinzinnati festivities.

The Redlegs Run, benefitting the Reds Community Fund, is being held Saturday, June 2 starting at 8 a.m., closing some Downtown roads as early as 5 a.m.

Girls on the Run, a fitness and learning program for girls ages 8 to 13, hosts a 5k in downtown Cincinnati this Saturday, May 12, and the following streets will close to accommodate the event.

Two events scheduled for this weekend are causing road closures throughout Downtown.

A Hamilton County road that's been closed for more than a year should have construction begin in a few months. Flood waters from a nearby creek washed out Van Blaricum Road between Cleves Warsaw and South Road, after an Easter Sunday storm in 2017.

Between the late start to Reds Opening Day and the fact that this year's parade takes place well after the first pitch, Cincinnatians have gotten used to delays so far this spring. And come Monday, they'll have to prepare for more—on the roads at least.

Kentucky officials say crews are still working to insure the safety of the Roebling Suspension Bridge for vehicles following a car accident there late Tuesday night.
