If you're looking for a fun and unique autumn activity, come to our Pumpkin Blow! With help from our professional glassblowers and at t $55 per person, you will get to make your own pumpkin from hot molten glass! Everyone must be 5 years or older to participate. It's scheduled in 30 minute increments per person and reservations are required. Payment is also required at scheduling. Pumpkins will be ready for pickup in 7 days and shipping is also available. Experience the wonder that is glass art this fall season with your loved ones!

About the Artist:
Actor and comedian Jay Pharoah is one of the industry's most highly-anticipated leading men.
Last summer, he hosted Season 1 of the FOX game show The Quiz With Balls, which became the network’s most watched summer debut in two years. The show pits brains against balls by combining a high-stakes quiz show with a large-scale physical competition. Each episode features two families competing for $100,000 in a “battle of the balls”. The hit show has been renewed for a second season and will return later this year.
Pharoah topped off his memorable 2024 summer with his sophomore comedy special, JARED, released exclusively on YouTube reaching over 1.5 million viewers. In the hour long special, Pharoah delivers a fully charged performance, ripping the lid off pop culture, his suburban upbringing, and run-in with the law, all while sharing his unique perspective on self-discovery and resilience in a world that never stops laughing.
On the film side, Pharoah most recently appeared in the Toronto International Film Festival triumph, The Blackening. The film sold out of the festival to Lionsgate and was released in 2023 on Juneteenth. In the last few years, Pharoah has appeared in the Neil Bogart/Casablanca Records biopic Spinning Gold, Comedy Central’s Out of Office and in Lionsgate’s Running on Empty. Pharoah also starred in Netflix’s Resort to Love and in the Lionsgate thriller Private Property as well as co-starred in Universal’s All My Life, Justin Simien’s critically acclaimed feature film Bad Hair for Hulu, and in Lionsgate’s 2 Minutes of Fame. On the small screen, Pharoah starred as “J.J. Evans” in ABC’s Emmy Award-winning Live in Front of a Studio Audience version of All In The Family and Good Times. He previously hosted and produced the Nickelodeon hit gameshow Unfiltered.
Best known for his spot-on impressions, Pharoah spent six seasons as a cast member on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. In 2017, he shifted to his first leading role as ‘Floyd Mooney’ in Showtime’s White Famous, executive-produced by Jaime Foxx. Additional film and television credits include The Mitchells Vs. The Machines, Unsane, Sing, Get a Job, Lola Versus, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Bojack Horseman and Robot Chicken.
Pharoah continues to headline comedy clubs across the country throughout the year.

An evening of laughs with comedian SAM JAY

Sam Jay is a stand-up comic, actor, and Emmy-nominated writer known for her sharp wit and boundary-pushing humor. She currently hosts and executive produces HBO’s Pause with Sam Jay and earned an NAACP Image Award nomination for her HBO special Salute Me or Shoot Me. Sam recently appeared in the Kenya Barris-directed film You People alongside Jonah Hill, Eddie Murphy, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and co-created the Peacock series Bust Down. A two-time Emmy nominee and WGA nominee for her work on Saturday Night Live, she also served as the “Voice of God” announcer at the 2022 Primetime Emmys. In 2023, she was honored at the BET Her Awards and was a standout at Netflix’s Roast of Tom Brady. Her acclaimed Netflix special 3 in the Morning and her earlier appearances on The Comedy Lineup and Stand Out: An LGBTQ+ Celebration have solidified her as a leading voice in comedy. Named one of Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch in 2018, Sam continues to break ground with fearless, culturally sharp comedy. Originally from Boston, she now lives in New York.

Commonwealth Comedy Club is Cincinnati’s home for exquisitely curated live entertainment. Each week we bring you hilarious stand-up comedians, intimate concerts, unique theater productions, live podcast recordings, and so much more.

Commonwealth Comedy Club is housed in the recently renovated, historic former Tower Methodist Church, originally built in 1914. It is no longer a church! Rather, we have converted the purpose of this beautiful old building to bringing you exquisitely curated live entertainment. We have, however, gone to great lengths to preserve the original character of the building while updating for it’s new purpose. We retained all the original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews.

We have added a full concession stand with draft beer and wine, as well as many canned drinks, including cocktails. We partner with local Dayton, KY business Kate’s Catering for our prepared food options. We have added full lighting and sound systems, as well as a complete broadcast-quality video system for recording events and live podcasts. We are exclusively partnered with Third Rule Media to produce our recorded content.
